Odessa, Texas

Sylvia R. Moreno - the best Wife, Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, and “Wewee”- was born in Odessa,Texas on March 20,1954.
She was an Ector High School graduate while attending Ector she met Efrain Moreno (Dad). They fell in love and got married on June 30, 1973 becoming inseparable for the next 47years. Mom and Dad worked very hard to send all 3 of their children to college. She eventually retired from AT&T, once she made sure all her children were successful and had reached her standards of success. Sylvia, with a heart of  gold soon turned her attention to her 1st granddaughter whom she loved, cared for and helped raise. Sylvia gave all her attention, advice and helping hands to all her grandkids, great grandsons, nieces and nephews, becoming the Grandma that everyone adored. Making sure all her babies were fed home cooked meals, rocked to sleep and spoiled any way she could. She did her best to attend all her grandkids and great grandsons events and games. She was and will always be their #1 fan. She wore red, black and any other color to show her support and love for her grandkids and great grandsons, even wearing multiple jerseys, so she wouldn’t have to leave to get ready for the next game. She also enjoyed attending mass, cooking, family get togethers, shopping, traveling and exercising.
