Rene Jaquez, of Odessa, passed away on Friday, June 17th, 2022

Visitation will be held at Martinez Funeral Home on Monday June 27, 2022 from 1:00PM to 9:00PM with a Rosary at 7:00PM.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday June 28, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Rene was born in Odessa, Texas to Francisco and Matilde Jaquez on May 11, 1962.

He lived a quiet life. He enjoyed his family and friends. He had a calm and gentle spirt.

Rene is preceded in death by to Francisco and Matilde Jaquez and Niece Cynthia Elgan.

Rene is survived by his sister, Lupe Sanchez and her husband Jimmy Sanchez, Rudy Jaquez, and Richard Jaquez.

Nieces and nephews are Becky, Jimmy, Daniel, Aaron, Irene, Robert, Veronica, Jesse, Christina, Junior, Amanda, Roy and Tasha.
