Marcus Jackson was born in Odessa, Texas to Amos Watters and Francis Freeman on February 2, 1960. He went to Ector High School in Odessa, Texas. He later went to job corp. and picked up a trade on butchering.

Marcus Jackson is preceded in death by grandmother; Thelma Jackson, Grandfather; Haiwatha Jackson, and both his Parents; Amos Watters and Francis Freeman, and Granddaughter; Londyn Easterwood.

Marcus is survived by his brother; Michael Freeman of Odessa, Texas, Sister; Karessa Freeman of Odessa ,Texas, Brother; Edwin Blacknall of Grosebeck, Texas, Sister; Amber Watters of Houston, Texas. Marcus is survived by the mother of his children and lifetime friend, Lula Johnson of Odessa, Texas. His children; Dianne Winn (48), Tisha Winn (36) and Marcus Jr (33) of Odessa, Texas. His Grandchildren; Shaquella (29), Kaleeyah (15), Aiyhanna (15), Heaven (15), John Taylon (13) and Bos (8) all of Odessa, Texas. His Great Grandchildren; Quay’dehn (11), Paris (7), J3 (5), and Blaze (3) of Lubbock, Texas. He is also survived by a host of family and friends.
