On June 7, 2022, Our Lord welcomed Joe A. Garcia home to paradise. Those who knew him, knew he was an extraordinary man with a heart of gold. Joe was born December 2, 1952, in Odessa, Texas to his Mother Gonzala C. Trejo. Joe was employed by the city of Odessa and made his way over to the city of Midland. There he was a foreman until his retirement in 2003.
He is proceeded in death by his Mother; Gonzala C. Trejo, Sisters; Lucia Trejo, Rosita Trejo and Elvira T. Moreno, Brothers; Jesus Cabrera and Jose Luis Trejo, and Grand-daughter Joeyanna Garcia.
He is survived by his Son; Joe Albert Jr., Grandsons; Joshua and Joe III, Sister; Mary T. Garcia and numerous nieces and nephews. His Niece Becky Dominguez and Nephew Dominic Fino were Joe’s primary care providers during his season of being ill.
Joe enjoyed watching wrestling, The First 48, and Game shows. Joe also enjoyed Classic rock and spending time with his dog Kone.
In loving memory of Tio Joe, one who never really grew old. His smile was made of sunshine and his heart of gold we love you always. Until we meet again, in his words HOLLA!
