Diane G. Salinas was born in Odessa, Texas, to Sara Baca and Raul Galindo on June 26, 1973. She went to school in Odessa, Texas, and received her GED. She was married to David Salinas, and they were together for 18 years. Diane was a successful business owner and entrepreneur. With David, Diane owned and operated Salinas Permian Properties LLC. and the Downtown Venue. Everyone knew Diane for her laugh, and if you heard it, you knew she was there. Diane did not know a stranger, and she would light up every room she entered. Diane was caring and gave her all to help anyone in need. Her favorite pastime was watching her kids excel at all their extracurricular activities.

Diane is preceded in death by her grandmother Petra Baca, mother Sara Baca, and father, Raul Galindo.

Diane is survived by her husband David Salinas, daughter Chriselda and husband Roy Ramos, son Justin Benson, son Dacian Salinas, and daughter Lillian Salinas. Brothers: Raul Galindo and Michael Baca. Sisters: Melissa Galindo and Rachael Baca, and grandsons Ryan Ramos and AJ Ramos.

Pallbearers will be Erasmo Baca, Ector Jr. Baca, Issac Baca, Christopher Benavidez, Jacob Galindo, Ruben III Benavidez, Avery Calderon, Benito Calderon.
