Amelia R. Sanchez passed away the morning of June 25, 2022 at her home in Odessa TX.
She was born on August 17, 1935 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Sara and Antonio Rios.
Amelia was married to Luis C Sanchez for 59 years. She was a homemaker her whole life. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children Luis R. Sanchez Jr., Jeno R. Sanchez, Eddie R. Sanchez, Jimmy R. Sanchez and Melinda Sanchez-Ryan and 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, brother Raul Rios and sister Manuela Rodriguez, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and sisters, Natalia Perez and Concepcion R. Guardiola.
The family of Amelia Wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Lawrence Voesack, Robin Floyd, Neidia Rankin, Otilia Jiminez and the entire staff of Home Hospice.
Funeral arrangements were done by Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory.
