Alexander Cuevas of Kingsville, TX, passed away on November 17, 2021 in Odessa, TX.

A Rosary will precede the Memorial Service at 9:30 a.m. on November 23, 2021 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.

The Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. November 23, 2021 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel with Father Chavez of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Alexander Cuevas was born in Kingsville, TX to Jose and Emilia Cuevas on June 6, 1960. He was blessed to love and be deeply loved by his parents, brothers and sisters, children, and grandchildren.

Alexander Cuevas is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Emilia Cuevas, his brother Rolando George Cuevas Sr., and nephews Isaac Holguín and Tristan Rendon.

Alexander Cuevas is survived by his daughter Alexis Gonzalez and her husband Michael, his son Alexander Cuevas Jr.  and his wife Daisy, his son Christopher Cuevas, his son Justin Cuevas and his wife Valerie, and his daughter Misty Cuevas; brothers and sisters Genaro Cuevas, Jose Cuevas Jr., Cathy Cuevas, Christina Garcia, Carolyn Moreno, and Carla Holguín; grandchildren Alyssa, Alexander III, Jaden, Gracie, Zane, Rosaelee, Atticus, Agustin, and Auriel; Carolina Larez; and Catalina Bobadilla.

The family of Alexander Cuevas wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Hassan, and Covid Unit nurses Chris and Joey at Odessa Regional Medical Center. Thank you for the respect and kindness shown, and for going above and beyond to provide the best treatment and care to our father. We will forever be grateful.
