Sergio Pina, 47, of Odessa Tx, passed away on March 24, 2026, in Odessa Tx.

Sergio was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was known for his kind heart, strength, and good sense of humor. He had a deep love for football, and he was a devoted die-hard fan of the Denver Broncos.

Sergio Pina was born in Greely Colorado to Sergio and Maria Pena on July 30,1978. He went to school at Greely County Highschool in Tribune Kansas. He worked in the oilfield service for numerous years.

He is preceded in death by his father Sergio Pena Sr.

Sergio is survived by his mother Maria Pena, sister Maribel Stokes, (Niece’s) Alexandra, Ashley, Angelina and Nephew Christopher Phillips. Sister Rosa Pena Nephew Jordan Jones Niece Shayla Galindo

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation is set for Tuesday March 31, 2026, from 1pm-9pm with a rosary at 7pm being said by his Aunt Luzmila Leyva, at Martinez Funeral Home Outside Chapel.

Mass will be celebrated 2pm Wednesday April 1, 2026, at St Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez officiating.

Cremation will follow at a later date.
