Sean Paul Duarte

Sean Paul Duarte, 36 of Odessa, passed away on March 17, 2026 in Glasscock County.

Sean was born in Odessa to Carmel Bernice Duarte on August 20, 1989. Since a young age, Sean was known for his sense of humor and strong personality. He always wanted to see everyone smiling around him or laughing if he would tell a joke or just be silly. He had an unconditional love for his family and friends. Sean was always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. He had a love for music and comedy movies, a passion for fitness and loved cooking and especially eating. He was a protector of all his siblings, a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews, and the son only a mother could love.

Sean is survived by his mother: Carmel, Bernice Duarte, his siblings: Ismael Duarte Jr., Kassandra Michelle Duarte, Ida Deanne Duarte, Cimberly Chantay Contreras, and Marcos Antonio Duarte. He is the uncle of nine nieces, and five nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ismael Duarte, Jr., Marcos Antonio Duarte, Adrian Elizar Duarte, and Paul Llanez.

Rosary will be held March 23, 2026 at 7 PM. Public visitation will also be March 23, 2026, from 1 PM to 9 PM. Chapel service will be Tuesday, March 24th at 10 AM.
