Richard was born July 25,1969 here in Odessa Texas to Ricardo Garcia and Mary Silvas

He is preceded in death by Ricardo R. Garcia, Ernesto Garcia, and Jessie Garcia.

He is survived by;

Spouse (life partner) – Kelvie Martinez

 Children/Spouse – Jessica Garcia, Janice Garcia, Richard (RJ) Garcia, Branden Garcia, and Heaven Garcia.

At the Family's Request Cremation has been opted as the alternative means of Burial.
