Monseis Candelario Carrasco, 85, Passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019 in Odessa, Texas

Visitation will be held Wednesday February 20,19 From 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Martinez Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Monseis "Cisco" was born in Barstow Texas to Benito Carrasco Sr and Juanita Ramirez Carrasco on February 28,1933. He married Rita Ortiz on August 23, 1953 in Grandfalls Texas. He worked as truck driver for most of his life, Cisco was a veteran of the Korean war and served in the Army and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, UN Service Medal and the Korean Service Medal. He enjoyed fishing and driving his big rig trucks, but he love his family especially his grandchildren.

Monseis is preceded in death by his parents Benito and Juanita Carrasco Sr. His sister Lucilla and her husband Juan Tarin, his brothers Antonio Carrasco and Matt Carrasco, His Grandsons Juan Carrasco and Jett Tejeda.

Monseis is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rita. Son; Patrick and wife Vicky Carrasco, Daughter's; Maria and husband Edwardo Lopez, Naomi Yvette Carrasco and Daphne Carrasco, and by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.

The family of M.C. Carrasco wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for their prayers and well wishes.
