Miguel “Mickey” Lara Villalobos passed away June 6, 2021 in Odessa Texas. Miguel “Mickey” was born December 24, 1948 in Big Springs Texas, to Pedro V. Villalobos and Edwarda “Lala” Lara Villalobos. Mickey was a member of The Knights of Columbus at St. Joseph’s Church as well as the Holy Name Assc. He served as Constable to his precinct for several years. He was a lifelong Welder, Drilling Rig Inspector. He enjoyed Coaching and playing baseball, He attended all sports his kids and grandkids played. In the past 3 years his joy was picking up his great grand kids from Ireland Elementary and taking care of them. They became the light of Welo’s daily life.
Miguel “Mickey” is survived by his Wife; Noeme Anaya Villalobos of 55 years, Children, Jo Ann Joven (Javier), Miguel L Villalobos, Anthony (Cynthia), Raul (Nora), James (Mindy), Sister; Rachel (Maye) Pineda.
He is proceeded in death by his Father; Pedro Villalobos, Mother; Edwarda Villalobos, Son; Sammy Ramirez,, Grandson; Bryan Ramirez, Brother; Jesus “Seny”, Arturo, Pedro “Pelon” Villalobos, Sister Nievas Avila, Irene “Chela” Natividad, Mickey “Welo” has 23 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Villalobos Family, Joven Family would like to Thank everyone who has come to pay their respects to our Family during this difficult and unexpected time.
