Marie Kelly Bailey

Marie J. Kelly Bailey passed away peacefully on December 30, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Marie was a woman of warmth, resilience, and quiet grace whose presence touched the lives of all who knew her. She cherished her family above all else and found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. Her kindness, wisdom, and steadfast support will be deeply missed but forever remembered. With a gentle spirit and a strong heart, Marie offered comfort, encouragement, and love to generations of family and friends.

Marie was preceded in death by her late husband, Anthony Bailey and Lawrence Kelly. her father, Jerry Justice; her sister, Jerry Mae Dixion; her brother, Johnny Ray Justice; and her grandson, Jordan Kelly. Her children lovingly survived by her daughter, Sabrina Kelly of Odessa, Texas; son’s Lawrence Kelly of Graham, Washington; and James (Sheri) Kelly of Everett, Washington. She is also survived by her siblings: Mattie Justice, Cardelia Williams, Pamela Johnson, Ruie Lee Standberry, and Roy Dean Standberry.

Marie leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Rashawn Lewis, Temoxie Kelly, Dylan Kelly, Skylar Kelly, and Tatum Kelly; as well as her great-grandchildren, Aspyn Lewis and one great-grandson. Stunner Kelly, Tatum Kelly, and Legend Kelly.

Marie was proud of her education and lifelong commitment to growth and learning. She earned an Associate of Arts in Arts and Science from Tacoma Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Science from The Evergreen State College, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Brandman University (Chapman University System).

Marie’s life was a testament to love, faith, and service. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A celebration of Marie’s life will be held on January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The family asks that her memory be honored through acts of kindness and love, reflecting the way she lived herlife.
