Manuel Gutierrez Ramirez, 86 of Odessa, Texas, passed away on July 3, 2026, in Odessa, Texas
Manuel Gutierrez Ramirez was born in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Magdalena Gutierrez Ramirez and Florentino Ramirez on November 29, 1939. Manuel was a musician at heart, he enjoyed playing the piano, singing to Tejano and James Brown oldies, hanging out with his brothers and sisters and their families, and attending family barbecue’s. He will be most missed for his family stories and appetite for homemade food.
He is preceded in eternal life, by his parents, Magdalena Guiterrez Ramirez and Florentino Ramirez, sisters/brothers; Catarino Gutierrez; Isidora Gutierrez Subia, Gorgonio Gutierrez Ramírez (Mono; Mercedes Gutierrez Ramirez (Tati); Simona Gutierrez Arredondo (Mono); Rosa Ramirez Bitolas; Guillermo Gutierrez Ramírez (GG); Enrique Gutierrez Ramirez (Nicky);
He is survived by his nieces, Griselda Ramirez Flores, Melissa Sierra and nephew, Joe Subia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers Joe Subia, Fernando Flores Jr., Nathan Willie Funtes, Aiden, Josiah Fuentes, Isaiah Allan Romero, Alexander Daniel Romero.
Visitation will be held from 10am-9pm with A Rosary to be Recited at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026, in The Outside Chapel of Martinez Funeral Home Dixie Location.
Mass will be held at 10am Tuesday, July 14,2026 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Farther: Bernardito Getigan officiating.
At The Family’s Request Cremation has been opted as the alternative means of Burial.
