Luis Mario Peña

Luis Mario Peña of age 32 was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend passed away on Mar 20, 2026, in Odessa Tx. He was born on August 12, 1993, in El Paso, Tx. Luis was a devoted husband to his wife Yuliana M. Karr and a proud father to his two daughters 7yr old Madelyn Sophia Peña and 4yr old Ellianna Peña, who were the center of his world.

He is survived by his loving mother Delia Arreola Flores and his father Guadalupe Peña Carmona; his 3 brothers: Francisco Peña, Sergio Alberto Pena and Saul Peña. Luis was also beloved by his in laws: Faustino Karr and Maria P. Karr; Three brothers in laws: Faustino Karr Jr., Jorge Alberto Karr, and Luis Alexandro Karr; and three sisters in laws: Mizraim Karr, Jessica Arellano and Zayra Karr.

For 8 years Luis dedicated his hard work and craftsmanship to I20 Masonry. He was known not only for his strong work ethic but also for his many talents and passions. One of his loves in life was restoring old trucks, bringing them back to life with incredible skill, patience and pride. His craftsmanship reflected the kind of man he was- hard working talented and full of heart.

Luis will be remembered for his humble devotion to his family, his generous spirit and lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him. His memory and legacy will continue to live on through the lives he touched and the love he gave so freely

He will be deeply missed and forever be loved.

Visitation has been set for Tuesday May 26, 2026, from 10am -9pm with a Prayer service at 7pm at Templo Rey de Reyes 5210 N. Dixie Blvd. Odessa, TX 79762.

Funeral services are set for 10am Wednesday May 27, 2026, also at Templo Rey de Reyes with Pastor Joe Borrego officiating.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens 6801 E. Hwy 80 Odessa, TX 79762.
