Kreasta Arnold

December 13, 1975 — August 11, 2022

Kreasta was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina to Curtis and Shirley Arnold. She was engaged to Floyd Edward Henry.

Kreasta attended the best high school in the state of Texas, Odessa High School (OHS) and attended Odessa College (OC).

Kreasta was a saved, blessed, and God-fearing woman! Knew scriptures, could sang (with an “A”), and could teach you something. St. James Baptist Church is where she grew up and was bred. Currently a proud member and was eating Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church’s bread!

Kreasta was loved dearly by almost everyone. Her strong laugh, quick wit, jokes, could tickle almost anyone.  Never afraid, strong minded, and her Christian motivations… allowed her to easily start up with many; all types of conversations.

Kreasta worked at High Sky Children’s Ranch for 8 years and was a trucking dispatcher for 17 more years. She touched young lives, had awesome compadres, and made life-long friends! Even inspired a few enemy’s to reconsider and think again.

Kreasta was strong, she was tough, a person you would not want after you.  But when it was over she might make you something from her adored crafting.  She would find junk and turn it into things you couldn’t imagine. Ask her fiancé Floyd she once took a busted water hose and turned it into a dragon!

She was the ultimate SHOPPING QUEEN and could shop till she dropped. Uhhh… again ask her Fiancé Floyd the pursuit of purses and “big” earrings never would stop.

But all things what Kreasta enjoyed the most…was spending time with her kids and grandkids who adored her so much.

Kreasta is preceded in death by B.F. “Grandpa” Nealy, Maurine “Madea” Nealy, Curtis “Big Dad” Arnold Sr., Katie “Big Mom” Arnold, aunt Patricia “Tricia” Nealy, uncle Al Craig Nealy, cousin Ayanna Hamilton, cousin Kant Walker

Kreasta is survived by her parents Curtis and Shirley Arnold, love of her life Floyd Henry, two children who she cherished the most Chypentier Arnold and Faith Arnold, sister Tohsheko Rahm and husband Justin, brother Disraeli Arnold, bonus-sister Donelle Jones-Harris;
Grandchildren: Josiah Reese Johnson-Arnold, Chypentier Aupuraile Arnold Jr, Sincere Shey Hughes;
