Jorge Dominguez was born in Casa Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico to Beatriz Dominguez on January 6, 1972. He worked as a welder and owner of Dominguez Welding.

He is survived by his daughters; Viridiana Glanton and Genesis Dominguez, his sons; Jorge Luis Dominguez and Edgar Dominguez, his brothers; Jacobo Dominguez and Federico Dominguez, and his sisters; Mariana Dominguez, Francisca Dominguez, and Francelia Domingez and his mother; Beatriz Dominguez,
