Hugo Nieto

Hugo L. Nieto, 54, of Odessa, Texas passed away on April 4, 2023, in Austin, Texas.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 10:00AM to 9:00PM at Martinez Funeral Home.

Hugo L. Nieto was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua to Humberto F. Nieto and Elisa L. Nieto on November 20, 1968. He grew up in Odessa, Texas.

Hugo was fun, loving, and always making everyone laugh. He loved to cook and always made sure anyone visiting was fed. He loved listening to music from the 80’s.

He is preceded in death by his father, Humberto F. Nieto. Hugo is survived by his daughters Kimberly Nieto and Heaven Lee Rodriguez; his mother Elisa L. Nieto; his brothers Jesus H. NIeto, Jose Nieto, David Nieto, Oscar Nieto; his sisters Linda Rivera, Noemi Munoz, Gabriela Nieto; and his granddaughters Destiny Tavarez, Nevaeh Tavarez, and Angel Tavarez.
