Gloria Chavez

Gloria Elida Chacon Chavez of Odessa Texas passed away Sunday December 13, 2020 at the age of 63.

She was born April 20,1957 in McCamey, Texas to Alfonso Chacon Sr. and Benita Garcia Chacon. She married Charles Chavez January 15, 1974. She owned Kountry Burger and worked for Keith and Christina for 30 years.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 9:00am -9:00pm at Martinez Funeral Home in Odessa Texas

A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 7:00 pm

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 10:00Am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Odessa Texas.

Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery, Odessa II Section.

Gloria’s favorite hobbies were: Baking, Cooking and Loving on her family especially her great grand babies.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Alfonso and Benita Chacon, daughter Sara Ann Chavez, son Timothy Chavez, brother Alfonso Chacon Jr., sister Delma Alvarez, brother Xavier Chacon, nephew Nino Flores, Niece Rebeka Cadena.

Gloria is survived by her Husband of 48 years Charles Chavez, two granddaughters and three great grand babies, daughter in law Annie Chavez, Sisters Viola Ramirez, and Gracie Rodriguez, brother Hector Chacon.

Pallbearers: David Hernandez Jr., J.R. Chavez, Ray Chavez, Jimmy Chavez, Gabriel Chavez, Tom Chavez.
