George Jesse Galindo

George "Sonny" Jessie Galindo was born in Oklahoma to George Jessie Galindo Sr. & Anita Trejo on February 13, 1947. He attended Milam Elementary and Ector High School in Odessa, TX. After many years in construction, he dedicated his free time to boxing. Known for his kindness and caring nature, he consistently prioritized the well-being of others, leaving a positive impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was a great, caring man who always thought about others.

George "Sonny" is preceded in death by Father George Galindo Sr, Mother Anita Trejo Mother, Stepfather Concepcion "Chon" Jimenez Sr., Sisters Judith Bustamante and Doris Olguin, Brothers Concepcion "Boy" Jimenez Jr. and Donny Bonilla.

George "Sonny" is survived by Sons Fabian Galindo & Wife, and Randy Sosa & Wife, Sisters Deanna Orona, Delfina Sanchez & Husband Alfred Sanchez, Wanda Warner & Husband Jeffrey Warner, 8 grandchildren & lots of nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held Thursday June 26, 2025 from 1:00PM - 9:00PM at Martinez Funeral Home with A Rosary at 7:00PM.

Mass is set for 10:00AM Friday June 27, 2025 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery ~Rosehill Section.
