Clifton Scott

Clifton Scott 48, born on February 19, 1977, in Odessa, Texas, Mr. Scott passed away at his residence in Dallas, Texas. He was born to Sadie Ann Wesley and Charles Scott, He was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend whose memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Clifton is preceded in death by his mother Sadie Ann Wesley and Charles Scott.

He is survived by his father, Charles Scott, siblings, Letra Scott and Clifton Sr. He leaves behind his children: Quaylond Scott, Rakia Scott, Shanice Wood, and Jaylyn Butler, who will carry forward his name and legacy.

Clifton worked as a maintenance mechanic, where his dedication and skills were well respected. He enjoyed working out, watching movies, and listening to music. His Christian faith was a foundation in his

life, and it brings comfort to his family knowing he is at peace.

Although our time and closeness with Clifton may not have been what we wished for, our love for him as our father is unwavering. We honor him not only for who he was, but also for the bond of family that connects us forever. His memory will remain in our hearts as we celebrate his life

and hold onto the love that will never fade.

A service of remembrance for Clifton Scott has been set for Friday September 19, 2025, from 1pm -3:30 pm at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel 1004 S Dixie Blvd Odessa, TX 79761.
