Brenda Allen

Brenda Allen departed this life on Thursday October 10, 2013 at Medical Center Hospital.

She was born on December 24, 1956 to Earnest Allen Jr. and Gloria Hill Allen in Odessa, Texas.
She worked at United Parcel Service for thirty five years. She was a member of St. James Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. R.T. McNeil.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earnest and Gloria Allen Uncle Eddie Walker and Aunt Betty Walker greatgrandfather, John Behn, Grandmother Velma Behn and Loraine Craft and Cousin Shelia Walker.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memories her son Cory Allen of Odessa three grandsons Marquiest and Cormair Allen of Odessa and Derick Chatman of Austin Texas. Sister Linda Neal of Odessa. Brothers Bruce Allen Gwen of Austin, Terry Walker of San Antonio, Walter Allen of Houston and Cousin Teresa Stewart Charles of Dale. Nieces Gloria D. Allen of Odessa, Tamicka Walker, Ashley Walker, Brittney Allen, Amber Galloway of Austin, Crystal Stewart of Clearmont Fl. Nephews Tony Allen, Rodney Allen, Christopher Nunez of Odessa, Breland Allen, Bruce Allen Jr., Darrin Smith, Tracy Walker, OJ Hallond of Austin, Daniel Walker, Charles Stewart, Brandon Stewart, Izaiah Stwart of Dale, TX and other relatives and friends.

A Wake will be held on Friday October 18, 2013 from 7:00 9:00 pm at Martinez Funeral Home.

Services will be held on Saturday October 19, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Sims. Interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery.
