Obituary

On June 5th 2026, I was laying down in bed surrounded by some loved ones. As they sang How Great Thou Art, I looked up at the ceiling and saw the Lord bringing down His hand to receive me. As I closed my eyes I felt His Peace and Comfort as He said; “it’s time to come home. And at 3:06 pm. I answered His call.

My heart is filled with joy, but, broken hearted for my children and family who can’t come with me yet. The Lord promised me a home in Heaven, where I’ll be running the streets of gold with a new heart and praising the one whom laid His life down for me with Artwork to fill His home. Tell my kids Benny Jr., Bobby, Cindy and my baby Angela, I love them so much and for them to do life with others as they should never be alone. As for my grandkids I haven’t forgotten any of you! I loved each one of you so much and I’m proud of you! Keep pushing and striving for better as you all hold a special gift.

Matthew, Debennie, Kiana, Brianna, Nicolas, Vincent, Deandra, Deanthony, Angel, Vanadee, Aritza, Ariana, Adrian, Criss Angel, Angelina, Fabian, Benny Jr, and . Oh, and all my Great Grandkids. I was blessed to have you as part of my life and will always look after you from the skies above.

I leave behind my Sister Gloria, stay strong, as I am now at peace and rejoicing with my sister Maria, my mom Lupe, my dad Tino and my sweetheart Nieves.

My biggest joy was serving in the Ministry of the Lord and creating Art that showcased the beauty in the world we see. Throughout the years, I hope I was a Faithful Pastor, Friend and Servant of God. 2 Timothy 1:6-10. To my brothers and sister in Christ and LVAD community, you were my second family. I want you to know I constantly worried and prayed for you’ll. Thank you so much for all the countless Memories, lifting me up in moments where I was away from family and reminding me of the word of God to keep my faith strong. I treasured each one of you as you helped me stay faithful and hopeful for the life I had after my wife passed away.

I pray you can come and see me Monday June 15, 2026 at Iglesia Bautista Jerusalem 1449 S. SAm Houston Ave. Odessa Texas 79761 for the wake, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be a small service at 7:00 pm. Or you can  join me Tuesday June 16, 2026  and a fair well service at 2pm at Iglesia Bautista Jerusalem, officiated by  Edward Rodriguez. I’ll also get to hear my loved ones and church family one last time before I am laid down at my resting place at Sunset Memorial Gardens at the Garden of Redemption at 3:30PM . I understand if you can’t come, but keep my Family in your prayers. The days ahead will be hard on them. I would always remind others to be strong in their faith and always look towards Jesus as He will never leave your side and be there for you through all the highs and lows. I know you’ll hurt, till we see each other again. Be vigilant towards my kids and grandkids.

Now, as the pallbearers; Matthew Ramirez, DeAnthony Ramirez, Nicolas Ramirez, Vincent Ramirez, Adrian Arias and Raymond Vasquez thank you as you escort me to my resting place. One last Farwell, for this body will return to dust and a “New Incorruptible” without any pain, hunger, or hurt will now be given to me. Wow! What a promise to receive!

Romans 10:9-10, don’t be left behind, I want to see you again so that we can rejoice together!

OK! Bye, Got to go. LOVE YOU’LL. . .

Keep my “Memories Alive.” Remember; “I love you and will be by the door waiting.” Don’t give up everyone “Fight the Good Fight, Keep the Faith!”
