Belia was born in Odessa, Texas to Basilio M. Galindo and Rita C. Lopez. She married Juan Andres Flores on August 18, 1979.
Belia is preceded in death by parents Basilio M. Galindo and Rita C. Lopez, Son Johnathan Andrew Flores, Husband Juan Andres Flores, Sister Annabel L. Juarez, and Brother Rudy Galindo.
Belia is survived by Daughter Claire Andrea Flores, Son Andrew Flores (Wife) Maggie, 7 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild, Brother Richard L. Berdoza, Ruben L. Berdoza, Sister Elva Clark, Brother Bicente L. Galindo, Sister Romielia G. Tarin, Sister Christina G. Estorga.
Visitation will be held from 1:00PM – 9:00PM Tuesday November 21, 2023 at Martinez Funeral Home with a Chapel Service at 7:00PM.
