Ascension Mendoza (Pachon) was born in Terlingua, Texas to Juan De Dios Mendoza & Juana Pineda. He was united in marriage to Delfina Chairez on November 27th, 1954. He worked as a derrick-hand in the oilfield for Neighbors Drilling Company. He was a loving husband, devoted father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and fixing his yard.
Ascension is preceded in death by his Wife: Delfina (Mafina) Mendoza, Parents: Juan De Dios & Juana Pineda Mendoza, Sons: Jose Luis & Arturo Mendoza, Brothers: Celedonio, Domingo, Refugio, Carlos, Inez, & Candido Mendoza.
He is survived by his Daughters: Maria (Manuel) Mendoza, Clarita (Luis) Martinez, & Martha (Danny) Dominguez, Son: Jr Mendoza, Daughter-n-Law: Olga Mendoza, Grandchildren: Denise, Little Joe, Jose Luis (Pepe), Romeo, Geraldo (Lalo), Arturo Jr (Arturito), Yesenia, Enrique, Michelle, Manuel, Jimmy, Heather, Alberto, Danny & Sarah, 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Arturo Mendoza, Danny Jr Dominguez, Danny Dominguez, Alberto Mendoza, Little Joe Mendoza & Mauricio Alvarez.
