Armando Marichalar

Armando Marichalar was born in Eagle Pass, Tx to Eliseo and Josefina Marichalar on 10/01/1964. He went to school in Odessa Tx. Armando worked as a handyman for many years; he could fix anything with just a “stick”. Armando did not have children of his own but within time God blessed him with four step children. That he loved like his own and never treated them any less. Armando was always in a good mood and a very loving person. He loved to make people laugh and you were certain that there would never be a dull moment when Armando was around. He was the type of person that would take his shirt off for anyone that was in need. You knew you could always count on Armando when you needed any kind of advice, that he wasn’t going to judge or criticize you because he knew life was hard. We will forever miss Armando with all our heart and soul.

Armando Marichalar is proceed in death by : (Parents) Eliseo & Josefina Marichalar , (Sister) Elizabeth Marichalar Castillo, (Brother) Raul Marichalar, (Brother) Amarante “Al” Marichalar , (Nephew) Damon Marichalar, and (Niece) Heidi Evans Marichalar

Armando Marichalar is survived by: (Step son) Antonio Jr. Dominguez- Odessa, Tx, (Step daughter) Corina Dominguez- Odessa, Tx., (Step daughter) Crisella Dominguez- Odessa, Tx., (Step son) Angel Daniel Dominguez- Odessa, Tx. (Brother) Noe Marichalar - Odessa, Tx., (Sister) Bertha “Birdy” Marichalar- Houston, Tx., (Brother) Hector Marichalar- Odessa, Tx., (Sister) Aracelia “Chela” Olivas- Odessa, Tx., (Sister) Haydee Marichalar- Odessa, Tx., (Brother) Raymond Marichalar- Odessa, Tx., (Brother) Jessie Castillo- Roswell, NM.

 Pallbearers will be: Angel Daniel Dominguez, Antonio Jr. Dominguez, Christopher Marichalar , Nathaniel Mendoza, Albert Olivas, John David Olivas, Ruben Olivas, and Gabriel Perez.

 Visitation will be held Monday July 8, 2024 from 1PM - 9PM at Martinez Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held Tuesday July 9, 2024 from 10AM - 9PM at Martinez Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7PM. Mass will be held 2PM Wednesday July 10, 2024 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez Officiating.  

Memorials may be given to Bertha “Birdy” Perez.
