Antonio “Tony” Morales, 55, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on June 4th, 2026, in Odessa.
Tony was born on July 9th, 1970, in Las Cruces, NM, to Antonio and Elvira Morales. He attended school in Las Cruces before later moving to Odessa, TX. On August 8th, 1987, he married the love of his life, Araceli “Sally” Morales.
Tony spent over 36 years working in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, building a career he truly loved. Over the years, he took on several ownership and leadership roles and earned the respect of those around him through his hard work, skill, and dedication. He had a real passion for his trade and took great pride in sharing what he knew. Tony was always willing to help others, taking the time to teach and guide those coming up in the field. He was passionate about mentoring and helping others succeed. His impact will live on through the many people he mentored and supported along the way.
Tony was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. His love for his family was unwavering, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Jonathan “Chucky” Morales; his father, Antonio Morales; his brother and sister, Juan Morales and Ana Martinez; and his nephew, Ruben Anthony Wood, and Father-in-Law Manuel A Herrera.
Tony is survived by his loving wife, Sally Morales; his children, Anthony Morales (Edith), Angel Morales (Kim Mora); his mother, Elvira Morales; his brothers and sisters: Beto Morales, Carmen Olivas, Bertha Nunez, Hector R. Morales, Jesus Morales, Lucy Cardona, Elvira Morales II, Angie Villarreal, Yvonne Wood, and Jessica Santana, his cherished grandchildren, Adalynn Morales, Iram Morales, and Alessandra Morales; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation has been set for Wednesday June 10, 2026, from 1pm-9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home chapel.
Mass is set for 10am Thursday June11, 2026, at St Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez officiating.
Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery Lois Angeles section.
Pallbearers will be Lupe Vigil, Beto Morales, Alfredo Herrera, Mario Nunez, Saul Pacheco, and Adan Villarreal.
The Morales family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Martinez Funeral Home, Father Chavez, and St. Joseph’s Church for their care and support during this difficult time.
Tony will be deeply missed, but his memory, his love for his family, and the impact he made on so many lives will never be forgotten.
