Alfred "Bubba" Burnette Cleaver Jr

Alfred (Bubba) Burnette Cleaver Jr. 62, of Odessa, passed away Monday October 17, 2022, in Odessa. Alfred Burnette Cleaver Jr was born November 19,1959, to Alfred Cleaver Sr. and Lannie Branton in Odessa, TX. Alfred Jr. was married to LaWanda Griffin for 26 years. He attended Ector High School in Odessa. He was a welder for the Permian Tank and Manufacturing Co.

Alfred Jr. is preceded in death by his parents Alfred Sr and Lannie Cleaver, and sister Carolyn Cleaver Duke.

Alfred Jr. is survived by his wife of 26 years LaWanda Griffin Cleaver of Odessa, daughter Alfrenezia Walker of Odessa, brother Tyce Harris of Dallas, TX. sister Delandra ‘Dale’ Cleaver of Houston, TX, stepsister Minka Oldham and stepbrother Anthony Cleaver both of Odessa.

Visitation is set for 1PM-9PM Friday October 21, 2022, at Martinez Funeral Home chapel.

A Celebration of Life service is set for 10AM Saturday October 22, 2022, at St. James Baptist Church 2212 E 11th Str. Odessa, TX. with Dr. James Bolton officiating.

Cremation will follow.
