Salvador Olivas Villegas

Salvador Olivas Villegas, 87 of Odessa Texas passed away on June 14, 2021 in Odessa Texas.

Salvador Villegas was born September 18, 1933 in Fort Stockton, Texas and raised by his adopted parents Silvestre and Santos Villegas of McCamey,Texas.

He was married to the love of his life Aurora Calderon Villegas for 64 years.

He was employed by Ector County Court and as a Custodian for several years.

He was also a Professional Boxer in the mid 1950's and he enjoyed watching his Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys and spending time with his family.

Salvador is preceded in death by his parents Silvestre and Santos Villegas.

He is survived by his wife Aurora Calderon Villegas, Sons: Salvador Villegas Jr. and wife Ruby from Hobbs, NM, Frank Villegas of Odessa Texas, Tony Villegas and wife Olivia from Glenn Heights, Texas, Albert Villegas and wife Priscilla of Odessa Texas. Daughters: Sulema Rios and husband Lupe of Hobbs, NM, Belinda Porras and husband Joe of Odessa, Texas, Anita Arredondo and husband Roy of Mendota, IL.

He had 24 Grand Kids, 33 Great Grand Kids, and 20 Great Great Grand Kids.

Honorary Pallbearers: Joe Michael Porras, Brian Porras, Joshua Villegas, Blayne Porras, Vidal Carrillo, Sammy Sweeten.
