Deeply saddened to hear about Allene's passing. We worked together for several years at First State Bank. She was a good friend. Always impeccably dressed, perfect hair and that beautiful face. She was a wonderful role model for those of us who had no experience in the business world. My deepest condolences to the family.

Always loved hearing her sing a song entitled, "Tell It," back in the day. My mother, Minister Betty Pilson would be tearing the piano up while Sis. Taylor tore the song and the church up-all under the anointing of the Holy Spirit! Wow, I miss those days back at St. James Baptist Church.
